Mission:
To cultivate the next generation of REALTOR Association leaders by ensuring that the organization’s interests and committees are well represented among all age group and experience levels. The Network works to establish local chapters within OAR’s nine districts with the help of District Vice Presidents and Local Board Leaders.

Yearly Objectives

• Hold panel discussions on wide range of topics
• Work with Business Technology Forum where appropriate
• Work closely with TLTs
• Bring in speaker from NAR, conduct breakout sessions and find out what YPNs from around the country are involved in.
