Facilitates discussion and awareness, as well as share information on the challenges and opportunities in the Resort/Second Home market.

Yearly Objectives:

• Create member awareness of the opportunities and communications for selling second and/or resort homes within their own market and communities
• Utilize statistics and business strategies including demographics demonstrating the buyer availability and ability to use second and resort homes as investments by presenting the latest NAR report.
• Continue to promote the RSPS designation and benefits
• Designation’s one-day course, any tax law changes on second homes
