Mission:
The Committee’s primary purpose is to: 1) provide assistance, guidance and direction to Local Boards in connection with law suits in which they become involved which has significance beyond the local situation; 2) recommend cases which should be defended or filed on behalf of REALTORS, Boards or the State Association and following through on those approved actions; 3) oversee all litigation in which the Ohio Association of REALTORS is involved, making recommendations for further involvement or removal of involvement; and 4) approves white papers on legal topics of interest to members.

Objectives:

• Verify White Papers are all up-to-date
• Identify New White paper topics
• Create Seller Financing White Paper
