Mission:
To formulate the Strategic Long Range Plan as a guide to the Association’s future and to encourage implementation of it through Association programs and committees.

Yearly Objectives

• Meet at Tri-annual meetings & during summer to address emerging issues
• Invite speakers to discuss emerging issues
• Utilize NAR Resources
• Conduct workshop for Local Boards on developing a Strategic Plan (possibly tie-in with CEO/CSO Symposium)
• Will meet during OAR Tri-annual meetings to review status of programs being conducted by committees/forums
