To stimulate interest in mediation as the strategy-of-choice for resolving monetary disputes among real estate professionals and enhance mediators’ applied skills by sharing tactical tips and techniques.

Yearly Objectives

• Conduct mediator training in major cities in Ohio divide state into 5 regions to offer 1-day mediator training.

Winter Conference:

• Use a case study to conduct a “mock” mediation – then convert to an arbitration session with outcomes, also have a Q&A
