Mission:
To be the primary source of creative strategies to encourage and assist member Boards and REALTORS in eliminating barriers to fair housing and diversified communities. With a focus on partnering outside the REALTOR circle, is committed to dispelling intolerance among real estate practitioners and in the general public through issue-specific communication and education. Facilitates discussion, awareness and understanding of affordable housing issues and provides a vehicle through which participants can share and seek information relevant to those issues.

- Provide guidance and information to local associations and members regarding involvement in community activities, housing issues, and local government that can promote equal and barrier-free access to housing and diversified communities.
Winter
- Contact committee members prior to Winter Conference to identify activities and key members who are involved with Housing Assistance, foreclose prevention and ownership counseling with the intent of discovering all the programs used to assist communities
Spring/Legislative Conference
- Panel presentation of “Best of the Best” programs offered in communities to help homeowners (possibly to include: County 211 Services, NAR Grants, Homeownersihp Centers, ESOP, Media Outreach Collaboration, etc.)
Annual Convention
Provide a core civil rights CE class that is top quality to enlighten and inspire REALTORS in providing equal housing opportunity.
